Summer Round Up FUN Tournament — By the Numbers!
What a day! Our September 26th FUN Tournament was all about great pickleball, friendly competition, lots of laughs and bringing our CPC community together.
The day by the numbers:
90 players hit the courts
30 medals awarded
30+ prizes given away
23 amazing volunteers made it happen
5 brackets competed for bragging rights
Lots of swag bags, snacks & treats enjoyed
Countless laughs, great rallies and high-fives!
From the first serve to the final medal match, the courts were buzzing. And because this was a FUN tournament with no DUPR on the line, players could compete hard, try new things and enjoy the day.
A huge THANK YOU to our volunteers who helped with everything from setup and check-in to keeping the tournament moving, feeding everyone and cleaning up at the end of the day. We couldn’t do it without you!
And to everyone who played — thanks for bringing the fun!
A special thank you to our Sponsors who donated items for our Prize Draws
The Club 315 donated 25 x FREE Open Play coupons
Pickleball Superstore – Paddle covers and key chains
Vegan Popcorn Company– amazing high-quality popcorn (locally popped)
Free Physio Therapy appointments x 2 from Prestige Chiropractic and Wellness by Dr. Jason Walsh and Dr. McKenna Bond
Great games. Great people. Great day to be part of CPC.
Summer Kick-Off 2026
Our Summer Kick-Off 2026 Pickleball Tournament was a tremendous success at The Club 315 in Calgary! The event brought together an amazing group of players, supporters, and volunteers who helped create a fun, competitive, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day. A huge thank you goes out to all of our volunteers for their hard work and dedication behind the scenes, and to every participant for their enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and love of the game. We couldn't have done it without you, and we look forward to seeing everyone back on the courts for future events!
